Return Policy
As a policy, We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
However, we have a simple exchange policy under which you can exchange a product received in a damaged or defective condition only.
Please share the full video of opening the parcel, otherwise no exchange request will be entertained.
Jaipur Bandhej has a 48 hours exchange policy which means that you can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product by you.

It’s important that the product is sent back in its original condition, original packaging, original manufacturer tags,
including the box/ manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
(including any free or complimentary items).
Returns for replacement/refunds/exchange under certain scenarios will NOT be accepted as given below:
Request for return is made after 48 hours of receiving the product by you
Product is used or is not in its original condition. The product should not be washed or ironed.
Products are returned without its original packaging, freebies or accessories.
Product was damaged after use/opening.
Missing manufacturer tag.
All the CUSTOMIZED products will not be exchanged or return.
Order Once Placed would not be cancelled.
Note: Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case a replacement cannot be made by us, we will initiate a full refund.
Shipping Policy
We offers shipping worldwide. We work with premier courier companies to ship products to our customers.
We will provide the tracking details, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take around 24-72 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
Time to ship the product mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur.
No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you.
Dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts.
In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
If the order is cancelled or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
Dispatch time for the order is around 3-5 working days.
Custom charges depends on the rules and regulations of the country of shipment and we do not charge them from our end. If there is any custom duty levied on the shipment,
we are not liable for the same.
